KSHITIJ & CELEBRITY NITE 2013

              

RULES & REGULATIONS

  On-Stage Events

1.       Solo Song (Sur Aur Taal – Hindi (Film / Non Film)               

Rules:

·         One participant from each College/ Institute.

·         Time limit of 3 to 3.5 minutes.

·         Negative marking if participants exceeds time limit.

·         2 Accompanist Allowed

·         No Karaoke is allowed

2.       Instrumental Solo                       

Rules:

·         One participant from each College/ Institute.

·         Time limit of 3 to 4 minutes.

·         Negative marking if participants exceeds time limit.

·         No instruments will be provided.

3.  Solo Dance

Rules:

·         One participant from each College/ Institute                                           

·         Time limit of 3 to 4 minutes.

·         Props will not be provided.

·         Negative marking in case participants exceeds time limit.

·         Choice of song opens to the participants

4.   Theme Play

Rules:

·         One team (maximum of 10 members) from College/ Institute.                 

·         Time limit of 12 – 15 minutes.

·         No props will be provided.

·         Negative marking if participants exceeds time limit.

5.   Ad – Mad Show

Rules:

·         One team from each campus College/ Institute

·         Team consisting of 3 participants (Maximum)

·         Product/ Service will be given on the spot.

·         Time Limit: 2 minutes for preparation, 2 minutes for presentation.

6.   Aantakshri

Rules:

·         One team from each College/ Institute

·         Three participants in one team.

·         Rules and regulations for different rounds will be disclosed to the teams at the time of the event.

7. Group Dance

Rules:

·         One team from each Institute/ College                           

·         Theme selection is open to the teams.

·         Time limit of 4 + 1 minutes.

·         Participation in a team up to 8 members.

·         No props will be provided.

·         Negative marking if participants exceed time limit.

·         Participating teams would be judged on the basis of Rhythm, Formation, Synchronization, Expressions, Costumes, Makeup, Sets and Overall effects.

8. Duet Dance (Jodi Kamal)

Rules:

·         One team from each Institute/ College                                                                                       

• Two Participants per team (1boy & 1 girl).
• Props allowed (Personal).
• Time Limit (3 +1 minutes).

9. Mr. & Ms. Kshitij

Rules:

• Two participants (1 girl & 1 boy) from each college.
• The overall personality of participants will be judged by eminent
• Personalities from the field of art and culture.
• The contest shall be divided into the following rounds:

a)  Introduction (Time Limit 1-min)

b)  Talent (Time Limit 3-mins)

c)  Question Answer

10.   Fashion Show

Rules:                                                                                                              

·         Time limit of 12 minutes

·         One team from each campus comprising of 15 participants.

·         Theme selection opens to the teams.

·         Negative marking in case participants exceeds time limit.

·         Focus will be on clothing and portrayal of theme.

·         No CD, Cassette – or props will be provided. 

                                              

OFF STAGE EVENTS

1. Collage

Rules:

·         One team per College/ Institute·                                                

·         Topic:- “Delhi 2012”

·         Participation is in team comprising of 2 members.

·         Time limit: 45 minutes.

·         No material will be provided.

·         No pre cuttings of papers are allowed.

·         Use of Scissor and decorative material is not allowed.

2. Rangoli

Rules:

·         One team per College/ Institute·                                                            

·         Food Grains, Flowers can’t be used.

·         Floral Rangoli’s not allowed, but use of flower with colors is permissible

·         Maximum four colors can be used for one design, no mixing of color

Is allowed

·         One team comprising of 3 participants

·         Topic will be given on the spot

·         Time limit: 1 hr.

3. Face Painting

Rules:

·         One team per College/ Institute·                                                            

·         Participation is in team comprising of 2 participants.

·         Topic will be given on the spot.

·         Time given to 30 minutes.

3.     Cartooning

·         One participant from each College/ Institute.                                     

·         Time limit of 30 minutes.

·         Material will not be provided.

·         Negative marking in case participants exceeds time limit.

·         Topic will be given on the spot.
